Ltd was founded on January in 2000 , Under which Shenzhen Wincatchn Precision Machinery Plant and Shenzhen Wincatchn Precision die-casting Co.,Ltd were founded in order. So Wincatchn formed a manufacturing system which integrates products design 、mold design and manufacturing、 die-casting 、 Metal precision processing 、surface treatment in one body . We are mainly engaged in the design and manufacturing for the die-casting moulds 、zinc alloy die-casting、aluminum alloy die-casting 、 mechanical parts processing and the manufacture of the lock and accesseries for industrial carbinets and enclosures . Our headquarter lies in Wincatch industrial park which is on No 176 of XinSheng road in XinSheng community of LongGang street in LongGang district . Wincatchn industrial park occupies the ground of 15000 Sq.m and has the workshop area of 20000 sq.m . Wincatchn’s equipments configuration includes CNC machining centers、 CNC milling machines、CNC lathes、 EDM、 WEDM、 die-casting machines and other precision equipments, along with traditonal equipments such as lathes、milling machines, planing machines, grinding machines and punching machines etc. And the total quantity of our equipments is more than 200.Now Wincatchn company has 500 people in total ,and the quantity of administrators and technologists is 80 in these people. Wincatchn has strict quality contol system and RoHs enviromental control sysem and we successfully passed ISO9001 :2008 quality system verification .
